Manny Source Learn provides educational content about music production, mixing, mastering, home studio recording, audio engineering, music business fundamentals, and creative development. Our content is for learning and informational purposes only.

We do not guarantee any specific outcomes. Completion of lessons, missions, or courses does not guarantee career success, financial results, music industry placements, record deals, streaming success, business outcomes, or employment. Your results depend on many factors beyond our control, including your effort, talent, market conditions, and opportunities.

Source Mentor is an educational AI assistant designed to help you learn music production and audio engineering concepts. It is not a substitute for professional advice from a qualified audio engineer, lawyer, accountant, career coach, or music business professional.

While we continuously improve Source Mentor, AI systems may occasionally produce incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or misleading responses. You should verify any important information before relying on it, especially when making technical, financial, legal, or career decisions. Always use your own judgment and consult a qualified professional when appropriate.

All content on the Platform — including lessons, videos, text, graphics, logos, software, audio examples, quizzes, and the "Manny Source Learn," "Source Mentor," "Studio Missions," "My Journey," and related names and marks — is owned by Manny Source Learn or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform's content for your personal, non-commercial education. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, sell, or exploit our content without prior written permission.

Course content is provided on an "as available" basis. We may update, add, remove, or reorganize lessons, missions, and materials at any time to improve the learning experience. Your progress and achievements may be adjusted if content is retired or restructured.

Manny Source Learn may include community features such as comments, forums, or peer discussions in the future. When participating, you agree to:

• Not harass, bully, discriminate against, or threaten others.
• Not post spam, scams, malware, or promotional content unrelated to learning.

You are responsible for any taxes required by your jurisdiction. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as described in our Refund Policy.

As Manny Source Learn currently operates as a free educational platform, no payments or refunds are required at this time. If paid subscriptions or one-time purchases are introduced, we will publish a Refund Policy describing eligibility, time limits, and process. Refunds will generally be considered on a case-by-case basis or within any statutory cooling-off period that applies in your jurisdiction.

We strive to keep the Platform available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, technical issues, or factors beyond our control may cause downtime. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by temporary unavailability.

The Platform may integrate with third-party services such as authentication providers, cloud infrastructure, analytics, and AI models. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies. Manny Source Learn is not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of third-party services.

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform and its content ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including those relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will remain in effect.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Manny Source Learn and its team, partners, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from your use of the Platform.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Manny Source Learn, its affiliates, team members, and licensors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Platform will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our Platform, business, or legal requirements. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
